Feasibility Studies

Feasibility Studies are performed to review and evaluate life cycle costs, project alternatives, establish project budgets and define the required design services. In many cases, Feasibility Studies have shown that a particular alternative would have a much larger payback period than published manufacturers' literature. This has prevented clients from investing large sums on Engineering Services and Installation Costs on an alternative that would not be economically viable. Conversely, in many cases, we have been able to show that investing in Energy Recovery or higher efficiency equipment, which has a higher first cost, will result in extraordinary savings in utility company charges, which can result in almost immediate paybacks.
