A gut renovation of the entire floor of this Landmark New York City building for the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), the space was used as commercial office space for a variety of city agencies. Engineered systems for the project included a new 200 ton water cooled reciprocating chilled water plant with chilled water piped distribution to local fan coil units located above the suspended ceiling. Plumbing Engineering was provided for the renovation of both the Men's and Ladies toilet rooms and pantries throughout the floor. Electric Engineering services included power distribution renovations for the entire floor of modular furniture with heavy computer connectivity and all new lighting. The Construction Phase of the project was performed on a "Fast Track" basis.
