Involved the construction of a new addition to existing religious school. Included in the design services were new air conditioning equipment, toilet rooms, electric distribution and lighting for the new Art Room and Multi-purpose room which comprise the addition. In addition to this project, performed a site analysis of existing air conditioning systems and uncovered that the existing thermostats rather than the air conditioning equipment were defective. This prevented the owner from having to replace the roof mounted equipment and resulted in substantial savings for the client.
