15,000
s.f. flagship U.S. store for Italian clothing manufacturer. With
minimal concealed ceilings, Mechanical & Electrical elements were
utilized as part of the
aesthetic design concept and were coordinated in detail to provide the
final product. New electric & steam services were secured from the
utility company. Air conditioning & ventilation are provided by
split system equipment. Track lighting was designed for maximum
flexibility with a dimming system providing scene controls. Life
Safety is provided by a new fire alarm system and wet pipe sprinkler
system. Plumbing was provided for toilet room upgrades and a new cafe.
Follow-up project for this client included designs for two floors for
corporate offices and showrooms.

Manhattan. Coordination with both the Architectural concept and
building construction standards was a challenge for the design team. |
