Description

This
15,000 square foot state of the art ultra high-end residence is the
first structure on this 30 acre estate. Perimeter glass walls, open
landscape, indoor pool and exterior reflecting pools highlight the
Architectural concept. Building systems include propane fired chiller,
boiler plant and generator. Heating is provided by both radiant
underfloor and decentralized air handlers. Incoming service, extensive
lighting and automated controls highlight the Electric
systems. The Pool environment is controlled by a dedicated
dehumidification system. An automatic wet pipe sprinkler system is
provided for improved life safety. Creative ideas & applications
were required by the design team to meet the desired aesthetic

Construction
of this upper west side high-end brownstone took two years. Additional
floor space was created by lowering the cellar floor during
construction. Photos

Performed in conjunction
with an interior design professional, aesthetic considerations were of
paramount importance during the renovation of this midtown Manhattan
high-rise apartment. New bathrooms, kitchen heating and air
conditioning were designed. Extensive lighting designs with lighting
control system were included.

Construction
of this upper west side high-end brownstone took two years. Additional
floor space was created by lowering the cellar floor during
construction.

Designs
included renovations of portions of this three story Park Avenue
Penthouse. Bathrooms throughout the residence were enlarged with
high-end fixtures. Air conditioning and heating were improved and
renovated with linear diffusers for aesthetic appeal. Relocation of
panels, improved interior lighting and new terrace lighting were
