Description

Total renovation of 7,000 s.f. two story building in lower Manhattan for this drug treatment center. New HVAC, Electric and Plumbing systems were designed.  Funding of the project dictated close evaluation on system selection and implementation. 

Renovation of 4,000 s.f. floor of Manhattan office building for this foundation. Tight funding required that design and construction be closely monitored. Creation of open landscape required duct & sprinkler revisions. New lighting was designed to improve the illumination levels. Sprinkler and fire alarm system revisions were performed to meet the new layout.
