Converted a 55,000 s.f. high bay warehouse building into a manufacturing. Extensive industrial exhaust, HVAC, Plumbing and Electric systems were required to meet the process requirements of the facility. In addition to design services, our office performed Construction Management Services on the project from bidding to start-up of plant. Energy conscious design included waste heat recovery systems. Extensive Plumbing systems were required to meet the manufacturing requirements.
