Renovation
of 5,000 s.f. space for children’s "hands-on" exhibit at
the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.
Extremely tight spatial conditions dictated extensive coordination
between Architectural and Engineering design teams. New sprinkler,
chiller water air handling systems and electric power distribution and
lighting were designed for
the

Converted
from residential to commercial use for this Italian blue jeans
manufacturer, this 6 story, 30,000 s.f. building serves as both
corporate offices and showroom. Designated as a New York City
landmark, both inside & outside, complicated this project. New
HVAC systems, Electrical Systems, Plumbing Systems and automatic wet
pipe sprinkler systems were included in the designs for the project. Photos |

Upgrade
of lighting, HVAC and smoke detections systems for this 9,000 s.f.
laboratory at the American Museum of Natural History to improve air distribution and illumination levels. Photos

Storage Facility |

Construction
of 45,000 s.f. off-site facility
for storage of artifacts for the American Museum of Natural History. Conversion of high bay warehouse
space included new chiller plant, boiler plant, central station air
handlers, boiler plant, humidification plant and building management
system. New electric and gas services were provided for the project. |

of 6,000 s.f. storage space in the New York Historical Society
building for the offices of NCSLET. New water cooled air conditioning
system, lighting and power distribution and sprinklers were part
of the conversion. |
