Located
on the ground floor of a four story building in the studio section of
Astoria, Queens created tight spatial conditions. Designs for this
national restaurant chain required extensive coordination and creative
thinking to fit the required systems into the allotted space without
impacting the required aesthetics of the space. Photos |

This
project recreated a true "Irish Pub" in the Wall St. section
of Manhattan. Mechanical and Electrical systems were tightly
coordinated with the aesthetic concept. Artisans were imported
directly from Ireland to perform the construction. Designs included a
new range hood exhaust system, HVAC systems and plumbing extensive
systems. Electrical lighting included dimming systems & new fire

Located
in lower Manhattan this restaurant is the first authentic British
"Fish & Chips" restaurant in the United States. Designs
for the project included a new commercial kitchen with range hood, new
HVAC system and extensive plumbing systems. |

Two
prime locations (Grand Central Terminal shown) launched the debut of
this ice cream shop concept. Each location posed individual challenges
to meet stringent building standards. Complicated plumbing layouts
were required in tight conditions. Lighting layouts were required to
conform with building renovation guidelines. Photos

Located
in the Meat District of New York City, this family owned restaurant
was relocated following a fire. Design & Construction Engineering
Services were performed & included new range hood exhaust system,
new heating, ventilating & air conditioning system with air to air
heat exchanger, new toilet rooms, kitchen & bar plumbing, and
renovation of the automatic wet pipe sprinkler system.
