Our
firm serves as Facilities Engineers for this 1 million square foot
mixed use building. Our most recently completed project involved HVAC
upgrades for 45,000 s.f. occupied by the NYC Department of
Corrections. Past project include replacement of the chiller plant
with new 1600 ton gas fired equipment. Photos |

Our
firm has performed over thirty projects including Data Processing
spaces, Disaster Recovery spaces, infrastructure projects. We have
performed Data processing "Master Plan" studies for both the
Sterling Forest and Rochester sites to access present and future
capabilities of these sites. Design Services have included HVAC,
Plumbing Fire Protection and Electric. |

Renovation
to numerous sections of the building including spaces in the Katz and
Lefrak wings. Renovation designs included new air conditioning
equipment, ductwork and controls along with new plumbing for toilet
rooms and sinks in Exam Rooms.
