Project included the conversion of a 1920’s carriage house to an Administration Building for the university. Included in the designs were new roof mounted air cooled air conditioning equipment, new toilet rooms for the occupants and new electric distribution system including incoming service from the campus electric distribution system, as well as new interior and exterior lighting.
