Renovation of single floor 10,000 s.f. office space for web consulting firm. With no ceilings to conceal the mechanical and electric elements & relatively low floor to floor heights this project presented a challenge in duct design. "Fast Track" project criteria, including Port Authority building criteria, presented numerous logistical problems, during the renovation of this 10,000 s.f.. office space on the 32nd floor of the World Trade Center. Despite these difficulties the project was completed in nine months including design, filing and construction.  Photos

11,000 s.f. space for the office headquarters of New York City's Spanish speaking newspaper.  New roof mounted air conditioning, new electric distribution & lighting, sprinkler and fire alarm systems were included in the total renovation of the space.
